Live Well Practice, PLLC


Live Well practice offers a number of groups to help individuals connect and grow. Participating in group therapy can be a powerful experience for participants to work on a specific issue while developing a deep connection with others. The benefits for joining a group is great if you are looking for a connection, relating to others who share a similar experience, or would like to find new coping skills and strategies. Groups offer a space to share and receive a range for multiple perspectives. Lastly, groups can be a great place to work on relationships and social skills.


  • The women’s support group for stress and anxiety will be launching in Fall 2020. In the age of social media, this group can be assessed from your own home. The group facilitator will provide an atmosphere where women can share how they work to maintain a stress-free lifestyle. Women will be provided a safe non-judgmental space to share about the events and experiences from their week that lead to stress and anxiety and work together to develop the skills and strategies to reduce stress.


  • The men’s support group is a place for men to come together in a safe non-judgmental space provided for men to be open with one another, connect and develop new relationships, and to discuss the fears that come up for men in this day and age.
